Xinhua news agency, Changsha, May 25 (report by Yangjian)A men sits on a small bench with a report in his hand. Chen Pingxuan is directing transport vehicles in and out of the factory in an orderly manner. At age of 57, he looks like an ordinary worker, but he is actually the boss of a large medical consumables company.
Chen Pingxuan is the chairman of Liuyang SANLI Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as SANLI MEDICAL). Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, he has been in the factory every day, either in the workshop or in the warehouse.
“There are so many overseas orders that we have to work overtime.” Mr.CHEN PING XUAN’s face is a little tired.
29 years ago, Mr.CHEN PING XUAN set up a factory , which is the founder of the production of sterile automatic vacuum blood collection tube in China. In mid February, novel coronavirus pneumonia was detected with increasing strength, especially for disposable virus specimen collection tube. Mr.CHEN PING XUAN found the local Drug regulatory department and applied for an emergency transfer production of disposable virus specimen collection tube.
In only three days, SANLI MEDICAL developed the products and transformed the production line. On February 17, two production lines of SANLI MEDICAL with 300,000 disposable virus specimen collection tubes per day were put into production. Subsequently, a batch of virus specimen collection tubes were successfully offline and transported to Hubei province and other anti epidemic front lines.
Based on its strong scientific research strength, SANLI’s virus specimen collection tubes has unique advantages: it can keep samples for 48 hours, significantly longer than the ordinary sampling tube. Soon, orders coming one by one ,more and more.
